About Gail

Since I was 7 years old, I wanted to be a nurse to help people “get well again,” and in my 40 plus years in practice, that desire has never wavered.

Once I became a registered nurse (RN), my first 12 years were spent in traditional health care hospitals in Boston, Massachusetts and Monterey, California. Wanting to expand my education and explore different approaches to health and healing, I began a lifelong journey studying different cultural approaches. My first explorations brought me the gift of learning from Native American cultures, their approach to healing the whole person, and their extensive use of herbs. The next gifts were invitations to medical and nursing exchanges in the former Soviet Union, China, and Mongolia, where the people shared ancient healing traditions they used in tandem with current medical practices.

After significant discovery and study about the mind, body, soul interplay, I left acute care and illness settings and launched a private practice over 40 years ago. I included consulting, coaching, teaching, and energy healing as avenues to empower others who wished to create better paths toward health and well-being. In this work, I also assembled teams of caregivers and other practitioners who served the client in an honoring and synergistic way.

I found that balancing the mind and body could make a significant impact on healing and successfully implemented what I learned into my practice.
